Main Tasks:

• Assembling and installing industrial and construction structures.
• Working at various locations (buildings, construction sites, industrial complexes).
• Preparation and adjustment of work tools and materials.
• Accurate execution according to plans and technical specifications.

• Experience in similar jobs (candidates with experience in structural assembly are preferred).
• Team-oriented mindset and responsibility.
• Category B driving license.
• Willingness to work in the field.

2. Team Leaders

Main Tasks:

• Organizing and leading assembly teams on-site.
• Coordinating work between assemblers and collaborating with the project team.
• Monitoring project execution and ensuring quality.
• Teamwork and communicating instructions and technical requirements to employees.

We Expect:

• Several years of experience in assembly and team leadership.
• Good knowledge of technical drawings and plans.
• Organizational skills and responsibility.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with colleagues.

3. Welders (WIG and MAG Processes)

Main Tasks:

• Welding using WIG and MAG processes.
• Preparing welding surfaces and precise execution of welding according to technical drawings.
• Maintaining welding equipment and monitoring the quality of welded joints.
• Working in a workshop and on-site, depending on the project.

• Certification for welding according to WIG and/or MAG process (current).
• Experience in welding various metal materials.
• Precision, reliability, and responsibility.
• Willingness to work as a team and in a production process.
